Day #22 of Our Epic Trip

11-23-2023
R and R RV Campground, Dunlap, Tennessee

It’s Thanksgiving and our first holiday on the road. We were lucky enough to share our meal with Tim, the owner of the campground. It was awesome to have Thanksgiving outside – something neither of us have ever experienced. Tim also showed us his house. It’s about 600 sf and he built it himself. His house is very nice (he even built a platform for his lazy-boy so he could see the campground better – it’s like a throne!). Tim is full of info and we enjoy spending time with him. We feel lucky to count him as a new friend.

We were blessed with a “moon-bow”, as Daniel refers to it, or lunar halo (the term I learned by googling).

Two vegans and two vegan dogs traveling the country in a camper pulled by a Tesla. We love being frugal, cooking from scratch, exploring, hiking, and meeting fellow vegans.
