About Happy Vegan Campers
Daniel and Kristin met in 2020 on www.veggiedate.com and knew instantly that they had found something special. In March 2023, Daniel (physician) and Kristin (audiologist) retired. Later that year, they got married, sold their house, and then hit the road on November 2, 2023 for their epic trip traveling the United Stated in their camper with their two dogs, Peter and Marcellus.
Daniel has been vegan since 2015 and Kristin has been vegan since 2004. Together they enjoy trying new vegan recipes and giving presentations on the importance of a whole food plant-based diet. Their dogs are also plant-based and doing fantastic.
Eventually, Daniel and Kristin plan on building a passive house on their mountain property overlooking the Sequatchie Valley in Tennessee.
