We experienced the town of Rough and Ready, went on a cemetery tour in gold country, saw several waterfalls, and welcomed new members to our family.

We went to an observatory whose data was the precursor to GPS, we explored a Buddhist temple, and we had an ER visit.

We boondocked on the coast, learned about redwoods and some WWII history, and found some beautiful stones.
