The astounding benefits of a Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) diet have been demonstrated time and again. In fact, the number one cause of death and disability in the United States is the Standard American Diet. Research has shown significant health improvement with a WFPB diet for people who have heart disease, diabetes, obesity, hypertension and much more. Essentially, the majority of chronic diseases in the United States can be prevented and often reversed by a proper diet.

Daniel Dubay, MD is happy to offer you free, one-on-one guidance on eating healthy, nutritious foods that will help you heal your body. No gimmicks, no pressure to buy anything because we aren’t selling anything. Dr. Dubay feels the profession of medicine has let patients down by not requiring physicians to be educated on healthy lifestyle. Medical education programs currently provide very little, if any, education on nutrition and what is taught is not based on up-to-date research. Dr. Dubay chose to practice medicine because he wants to help people. While he is now retired from clinical practice, he is still very interested in helping people. Dr. Dubay collaborates with Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, VegMichigan, and Mercy for Animals to give presentations to the medical community and general public.

What to expect when working with Dr. Dubay:
- Dr. Dubay will communicate with you via phone calls, text messages, or emails – whatever is easiest for you.
- Dr. Dubay will answer your questions regarding a WFPB diet, dispel myths and provide you with credible resources.
- Dr. Dubay will help you make better choices for your health and wellbeing.
- Dr. Dubay and his wife, Kristin, will help you plan meals.
Prevention is always best. The average person in their 60s can add 7-10 healthy years to their lifespans by switching to a whole food, plant-based diet. What are you waiting for? Contact Dr. Dubay today at:

Speaking Engagements

Dr. Dubay loves giving presentations to medical students and the general public. Here is a review from a 3rd year medical student:
“Your presentation was fantastic! The message was clear and succinct. Your passion was invigorating, and your statistics were shocking. I think it left a lot for people to think about and consider going forward in their own lives and when treating patients in the future. I feel you were able to cover a breadth of information supporting lifestyle medicine in such a short time. I’m certain there is so much more that you could have talked about! I believe your lecture should be required to view for new members of the lifestyle medicine interest group across every medical school at the very least!”
