We went on an underground tour and learned about the 1950s comic book controversy. Plus, my sister is an octopus.

We attended the 35th International Outhouse Races, learned about Muir Woods’ interesting history, and witnessed the splendor of a Lake Tahoe sunset.

We went to an observatory whose data was the precursor to GPS, we explored a Buddhist temple, and we had an ER visit.

We boondocked on the coast, learned about redwoods and some WWII history, and found some beautiful stones.

This past week has been filled with visiting slugs, carnivorous plants, and bleeding mushrooms. Plus, we have BIG news!

Our past week was filled with the Astoria Tower, The Goonies, kites, sunsets, and cool neighbors.

In this post, we hike to a lighthouse, see a scooter gang, and find an awesome boondocking spot.

A repurposed nuclear power plant, scaring away potential neighbors, and a bike ride.

We explored the beauty of North Cascades National Park. We also explored Whidbey Island.
